Rachael Ray has really outdone herself with this cheeseburger potato skin recipe. I can't even describe to you how good these were when I tried them. Very simple to make. Good food doesn't always have to be a pain to throw together. She does a good job of making the recipe easy to understand. One of my all time favorites so I had to throw it on the blog! :)
